• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) include 24x7 monitoring services
• Emergency service response within 24 hours
• Service scope defined in individual Statements of Work
• Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, products, software (including AAMS Gateway), documentation, and reports remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your internal business purposes only.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
• All prices exclude applicable taxes

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in the 6 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay for services rendered prior to termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
